Information filed by the Troy Police Department:
POSSESSION: Adam Ridener, 34, of Vandalia, was charged with possession of marijuana.
INDUCING PANIC: Joshua Kisor, 26, of Troy, was charged with inducing panic in the 200 block of South Crawford.
Kisor was revived by Narcan by medics and transported to the hospital. Drugs were located and sent to the lab for testing.
MEDICAL ISSUE: Hospice of Miami County reported a Troy resident on Mulberry Street had missing medication. The patient is being phased out of the service for multiple violations regarding medication. The patient claims he does not know where the medication has gone but has also admitted to taking too much in the past.
POSSESSION: Tyler Lowe, 30, of Troy, was charged with marijuana paraphernalia and possession of drugs.
OVI: Nickie Wright, 45, of Troy, was charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol in the area of Staunton Road and Michigan Avenue.
OBSTRUCTION: Scott Hartzell II, 36, of Piqua, was charged with obstructing official business in the area of North Market and Stoneyridge avenue.
POSSESSION: Jerold Fryman, 48, of Troy, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia in the 13,000 block of Imperial Court.
ASSAULT: Jalen Alexander, 19, of Troy, was charged with assault in the 1300 block of Imperial Court.
THEFT: Timothy Combs, 38, of Dayton, was charged with theft.
OVI: Gary Plummer, 66, of Uniontown, was charged with OVI refusal with prior conviction on West Main Street.
POSSESSION: A possible drug transaction involving three males in a vehicle was reported. The vehicle was located at Circle K, 1901 W. Main St. A male was taken into custody for having an arrest warrant and being in possession of drug paraphernalia.
THEFT: A phone charger and GPS device was reported stolen out of a vehicle in the 700 block of South Stanfield area.
DISORDERLY: Kolin Block, 23, of Troy, was charged with disorderly conduct in the 1200 block of Hilltop Drive.
The reporting party stated Block was waving a gun around in public prior to his arrest.
POT CONFISCATED: As officers conducted a sex offender registration check, officers could smell a strong odor of raw marijuana emitting from the home in the 1000 block of S. Mulberry Street. While standing on the front porch. As the resident exited the home, the smell became even stronger. The subject gave consent for the officers to enter the home, claiming they did not have any marijuana in the house. Within a few moments, officers located raw marijuana and drug paraphernalia in plain view and seized the items. A small safe was also taken with the permission of the resident. Case is still under investigation.
WEAPONS: Gerald Edwards, 45, of Sidney, was charged with carrying concealed weapons. Edwards was observed at the Troy Kettering Hospital parking lot. He was also charged with physical control of a vehicle. He was released to a sober party.
THEFT: Scott Hartzell II, 32, of Piqua, was charged with theft, obstructing official business, and probation violations at Motel 6.
FAKE CASH: A counterfeit bill was passed at Big Mike’s.
CASH GONE: A vehicle in the 1000 block of McKaig Avenue was broken into overnight. Cash was stolen.
