Piqua-Trinity Church services

True Life services, in person or online

TROY – Join True Life Community Church for the October sermon series, “The Masquerade.” Join us as we embrace the clarity of Christ in our lives.

A 24 Hour Prayer Vigil is scheduled at the TLC campus for Oct. 24 to 25, from 11 a.m. Saturday to 11 a.m. Sunday.

The community is always welcome; TLC will open its doors this Sunday with its worship service starting at 10 a.m. Masks are now mandatory in Ohio and must be worn indoors. You can also live stream this service on Facebook.

First Lutheran services

TROY — First Lutheran Church of Troy is back to public worship and invites the community to weekly worship services on Sundays at 10 a.m.

AA-Open Group will be held at 6 a.m. on Mondays, and AA- Men’s Group will be held at 8:30 a.m. on Saturdays.

Trunk or Treat planned

TIPP CITY — Good Shepherd Church of the Brethren, 7240 Peters Road, will host a Trunk or Treat event on Saturday, Oct. 24 from 2-4 p.m. in the church parking lot.

Event is free and open to the public. Church members will be wearing masks for COVID-19 protection of all and will be social distancing.

Great Pumpkin Hunt planned

TROY — An outdoor pumpkin scavenger hunt will be held on Oct. 30 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church, 20 S. Walnut St., Troy. Social distancing and masks are required, and masks will be provided to those who need them. For more information, contact (937) 339-1317.
