Troy Police Department reports

July 25

OVERDOSE: A male subject was provided life saving treatment by medics for an apparent overdose in the 1200 block of Todd lane.

Cameron Smith, 21, of Troy, was charged with inducing panic.

July 26

OVI: Officers were dispatched to the area of Submarine House in regards to a crash. Justine Simon, 30, of Troy, was charged with OVI related charges.

SLEEPY GUY: A male subject was found asleep in the area of 800 West Market Street. He was found to have a warrant out of Texas and was incarcerated.

July 27

OVI: Randy Howe, 55, of Troy, was charged with resisting arrest, OVI and OVI refusal in the 2500 block of Inverness Court.

July 28

OVI: Courtney Smith, 26, of Troy, was charged with physical control of a vehicle while under the influence in the area of Lowe’s.

ASSAULT: Dustin Reedy Sr., 36, was charged with disorderly conduct in the 1300 block of Imperial Court.

ASSAULT: Morgan Carder, 22, of Troy, was charged with assault in the 100 block of Canal Street.

DISORDERLY: Craig Anders, 49, of Troy, was charged with disorderly conduct in the 1300 block of Imperial Court.

July 29

JUVENILE ISSUE: Ryan Mason, 19, of Troy, was charged with disseminating matter harmful to juveniles in the area of Foss Way.

DISORDERLY: Anthony Young, 30, of Troy, was charged with disorderly conduct in the 400 block of Mulberry Street.

OVI: Dwayne Phillips, 48, of Troy, was cited for OVI in the area of North Cherry and West Main Street.

ASSAULT: Shawn Dankworth, 20, of Troy, was charged with assault and criminal damaging.

MENACING: Joseph Dicola Lightowler, 19, of Troy, was charged with menacing.

DISORDERLY: Kameron Hullinger, 23, of Troy, was charged with disorderly conduct in the 1300 block of Imperial Court.

July 30

THEFT: A temporary tag was reported stolen from a vehicle in the 1200 block of Long Street.

ASSIST AGENCY: A male subject was reportedly unconscious in the 1200 block of Hilltop Drive. He was treated by medics and transported to the Troy Hospital.

July 31

CURFEW: Two juveniles were cited for curfew. They were located on their bikes at the Senior Center around midnight.
