June 5

INDUCING PANIC: Kaden Stambuagh, 20, of Piqua, was charged with inducing panic for an apparent the Motel 6. He was revived with Narcan and transported by medics to a hospital.

June 6

OVI: Victoria Jacobs, 37, of Troy, was cited for OVI, drug paraphernalia, OVI refusal and driving under suspension in the area of Budget Inn.

POSSESSION: Leah Barrett, 23, of Troy, was cited for possession of marijuana at the Main Street BP station.

June 9

THEFT: A resident in the Lymington Road reported a theft of porch items, which was caught by video. A resident in the same area also reported two rose bushes stolen from a flower bed.

FAKE CASH: Three counterfeit bills were passed at Walmart.

June 10

ASSAULT: An assault was reported at Herrlinger Park with one person transported to Troy Kettering Hospital. Victim refused to cooperate. No charges filed.

June 11

CRIMINAL DAMAGE: Daniel East, 34, of Troy, was charged with criminal damaging and violation of a protection order.

DRUGS FOUND: A resident in the 100 block of Westhaven Drive reported finding a suspected drug in the mailbox. Case pending.

DISORDERLY: Deja Henry, of Troy, was charged with disorderly conduct in the 800 block of Crawford Street.

Police responded to the area after a report of 10-12 people in the front yard arguing.

June 13

CRIMINAL DAMAGE: A report of criminal damage was reported in the 500 North Madison Street.

THEFT: The theft of a mower in the 500 block of Franklin Street. Case pending.

June 14

OVI: Joshua Staas, 32, of Piqua, was charged with OVI, hit, skip crash and possession of marijuana drug paraphernalia in the area of 500 Crescent Drive.

UNDERAGE: Dakota Walker, 19, of Piqua, was cited for underage possession of alcohol.

UNDERAGE: Noah Haynes, 18, of Sidney, was charged with underage offenses.

June 15

THEFT: A trailer was stolen from the 500 block of Robinson Way.

June 16

POSSESSION: Adam Ridener, of Troy, 36, was charged with possession of marijuana at East West Street and South Mulberry Street.

THEFT: A trailer was reported stolen from Ross Special Products in the 2500 block of West Market Street.

June 17

THEFT: A male subject stole a cart full of items from Meijer. He left in a red vehicle. Case pending.

THEFT: A resident in the 800 block of Crawford Street reported someone stole roof shingles from his residence.

PANIC: Lindsey Swihart, 37, of Troy, was charged with inducing panic and possessing drug abuse instruments in the 500 block of South Walnut.

PANIC: Whitney Netzley, 25, of Troy, was charged with inducing panic committing an offense with reckless disregard following an apparent overdose in the parking lot of Meijer.

CHILD ENDANGERMENT: Cassandra Huff, 35, of Troy, was charged with endangering children at Walgreens following a report of a young child running in the street.

ASSAULT: Richard Smythe II, 28, at-large, was charged with misdemeanor assault at Staunton Commons.
