WEST MILTON — Covington’s Johanna Welborn ran the race of her life Saturday at Miami County Championship girls race.

WEST MILTON — The Miami County Championship boys cross country race featured two of the top runners in the state Saturday and they did not disappoint.

TIPP CITY — The Tippecanoe volleyball team recovered from a first set loss, running its record to 15-0 Saturday with a 22-25, 25-15, 25-16, 25-18 win over Miami East.

PIQUA — The Covington boys golf team finished off a perfect season in the Three Rivers Conference at the conference tournament at Echo Hills Thursday and Milton-Union’s Colin Fogle earned Player of the Year Honors with Covington coach Bill Wise named Coach of the Year.

PIQUA — The Troy and Piqua golf teams got together on the front nine at Echo Hills Wednesday — the final MVL match for both teams before next week’s league tournament.
