TROY — Harold Wayne Smith, age 79, of Troy, passed away on Sunday, February 28, 2021 at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton. He was born on July 10, 1941 in Auburn, IN to the late Harold and Thresa (Lee) Smith.

PIQUA — Ricky G. Simmons, age 62, of Piqua, OH passed away at 10:13 PM on Thursday, February 25, 2021 at Ohio’s Hospice of Dayton. Ricky was born in Piqua, OH on May 31, 1958 to the late Marvin L. Sr. and Alice C. (Johnson) Simmons.

TROY — Richard “Tiger” Van Fossen, age 59, of Troy, OH passed away on February 25, 2021 at Troy Hospital - Kettering Health Network. He was born on December 6, 1961 in Troy, OH to Tim Van Fossen of Greenacres, FL and the late Sally Davis of Troy, OH.

COVINGTON — Retta Dell (Powell) Thomas, age 76 of Covington, passed away Saturday, February 27, 2021 at SpringMeade.

TROY — Stanley Edward Crabtree(“Stanley”), age 75, passed away February 26, 2021 at Troy Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center (“Troy Care”), 512 Crescent Drive, Troy, Ohio.

WEST MILTON — Fredrick L. Manson, age 62, of West Milton, passed away on Friday, February 26, 2021 at Kettering Medical Center. He was born April 25, 1958 to the late Clarence S. Manson & Patricia Ann (Welbaum) Huerta in Troy, Ohio.

SIDNEY — Mary Margaret (Emans) Wehrman, age 66, of Hardin-Wapak Road, Sidney, Ohio, passed away peacefully of natural causes at her residence on Saturday, February 27, 2021. She had been seriously ill for nearly three years. She was born December 23, 1954, in Celina, Ohio, to the late Elsworth & Doris (Winter) Emans.

ENGLEWOOD — Lisa Jo Davidson (McDavid), Age 57, of Englewood, passed away Wednesday, February 24, 2021, at Riverside Methodist Hospital.

TIPP CITY — Jayne L. Seibert, age 90 formerly of Tipp City, OH passed away February 25, 2021. Visitation 11:00 AM until time of service at 1:00 PM on Monday, March 1, 2021 at Frings and Bayliff Funeral Home, Tipp City
