Oct. 25

THEFT: Complainant advised unknown subject went through their unlocked vehicle, at 1367 Garbry Road, and stole cash.

THEFT: Individual advised his car was broken into, at 500 E. Greene St., sometime overnight and an item was missing.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: Caller advised her vehicle was egged recently, at 522 Boone St. Investigation pending.

Oct. 26

CRIMINAL DAMAGE: Officer dispatched to a criminal damage complaint where a rock was thrown through a window at 35 Orchard Road.

Oct. 27

SUSPENSION: Robert Nicely, 43, of Piqua, was arrested for driving under suspension.

THEFT: Officers responded to the report of a theft in progress at 1060 Broadway St. The property was recovered but the suspects were not located. Investigation pending lab results.

Oct. 28

WARRANT: Officer on patrol observed a male with an active warrant walking near 623 E. Ash St. Officer got out with the male who then ran. Randy Gasson, 31, of Piqua, was arrested after a short foot pursuit.

DUI: Officer dispatched to Shell Station, at 600 South St., for on OVI complaint in reference to a vehicle being driven recklessly through the parking lot. It was advised the driver parked his blue Jeep and slumped over the steering wheel. Joshua Jackson, 40, of Springfield, was arrested for being under the influence behind the steering wheel of a running vehicle.

WARRANT: Officers dispatched to 1404 W. Grant St. in reference to a subject looking through vehicles. The subject was located, provided a false name and ran from officers. While fleeing, he struck one officer with his hand. He was later located and found to have a warrant. Tre Petty, 21, at large, was arrested and charged with criminal trespassing, criminal endangering/damaging, assault, obstructing official business, falsification, and possession of marijuana.

Oct. 29

MENACING: Officers dispatched to menacing complaint at 1020 S. Roosevelt Ave. in reference to the complainant stating a male was at her residence while at work requesting medical advice. The male was known to the female because he was a patient of hers at a local hospital where she works. The male, Timothy White, was located and arrested. White, 32, of Piqua, was charged with menacing by stalking and resisting arrest.
