Troy Police Department reports

Information filed by the Troy Police Department:

Oct. 30

HARASSMENT: Joshua Bowman, 37, of Troy, was charged with telecommunications harassment.

THEFT: Zachary Holzapfel, 32, of Troy, was charged two counts of theft from True Value Hardware.

Oct. 31

THEFT: Andrew Caughey, 33, of Troy, was arrested at Residence Inn for theft.

THEFT: Eric Iddings, 28, of Kettering, was charged with vehicle trespass in the 500 block of Lake Street.

Nov. 1

THEFT: A vehicle was broken into in the 1400 block of Wayne Street. A key was missing.

ASSAULT: Dylan Charles, 25, of Troy, was charged with assault.

POSSESSION: Rachael Miller, 35, of Troy, was charged with possession of a drug abuse instrument and drug paraphernalia.

Nov. 2

THEFT: A vehicle was entered by a suspect and items were taken in the 400 block of South Ridge Avenue. The suspect was later taken into custody and items recovered. The owner positively identified his items. Michael Reardon, 36, of Laura, was charged with three counts of theft and vehicle trespass.

FAKE CASH AT KOHLS: Kohls reported multiple counterfeit $20 bills were passed by two unknown males. Case pending.

POSSESSION: Yvonne Wood, of Piqua, was charged with fifth-degree felony possession of controlled substances. She also was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, criminal trespass, theft and possession of dangerous drugs.

Nov. 3

OVI: An officer responded to the 700 block of Branford Road for a hit/skip accident. Keith Isbel, 54, of Troy, was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and stopping after an accident, failure to control, reasonable control, and OVI.

BURGLARY: An officer arrested _ for burglary in the 1200 block of West Main Street.

THEFT: Theft of money and a cell phone was reported by a New Knoxville resident in the parking lot of Dollar General in the 700 block of West Market.

MAIL THEFT: A report of mail theft was filed by a resident in the 1300 block of Wayne Street.

THEFT: A report of theft from Sherwood Cleaners on Foss Way was filed.

VANDALISM: Wishy Washy Car Wash on Dorset reported vandalism.

PROPERTY: A vehicle’s window was broken out and property was stolen from a vehicle parked at the Rainbow Gymnastics business.

Nov. 4

THEFT: A resident reported money stolen out of an ATM on Nov. 3.

POSSESSION: Austin Morris, 28, of Ludlow Falls, was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
