Troy Police Department reports

Information filed by the Troy Police Department:

Oct. 9

OVERDOSE: Andrea Fergerson, 31, of Piqua, was revived by Troy medics following an apparent overdose in the 1200 block of Hilltop Drive. She was charged with inducing panic.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE: The glass window of the reporting party’s SUV was damaged while parked in the 400 block of West Market Street.

OVERDOSE: A female subject was transported to Troy Kettering Hospital for an apparent overdose. Drug paraphernalia and suspected heroin was located on her person. She was charged with inducing panic.

THEFT: A theft from Walmart was reported. Steven Downing, 33, of Troy,was charged.

DRUG ISSUE: Following a suspicious call, Michael Gorby Jr., 30, of Troy, was located in the 300 block of South Dorset. He was charged with possession of drugs and drug abuse instruments.

Oct. 10

WARRANT: Officers arrested Michael Osburn, 24, of Piqua, for warrant service and obstructing official business.

OVERDOSE: Officers were dispatched to the Motel 6 on a report of two apparent overdoses. Cherie Hall, 34, and James Wilkie, 28, both of Ludlow Falls, was charged with inducing panic and possession of drug abuse instruments.

Oct. 11

THEFT: A theft complaint was filed at Caldwell House. Case pending.

OPEN CONTAINER: Holly Manning, 42, of Troy, and Aaron Evans, 43, of Dayton, were cited for open containers in a vehicle that was parked in the 1300 block of Imperial Court.

Oct. 12

OVERDOSE: An officer responded to an apparent overdose at Royal Inn. Tiffany Lewis, 37, of Troy, was charged with possession of drug abuse instruments and paraphernalia.

JUVENILE ISSUE: Bri-Anna Lovato, 18, of Troy, was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Oct. 13

DAMAGE: A resident in the 400 block of Virginia Ave. reported the window of their van was busted out overnight.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: A resident in the Town Park Apartments reported his vehicle was at a local repair shop for a blown piston. Autoworkers reported sugar was found in the gas tank. The issue began on Sept. 28.

Oct. 14

THEFT: Officers investigated a report of theft from Kroger.

THEFT: A report of theft from a vehicle was reported in the 2500 block of Glasgow Drive.
