PIQUA — The annual Farm-to-Table Community Dinner, like nearly every other event, has been forced to adjust to the current situation this year.
A number of gardeners has harnessed the power of their collection “green thumbs” in the Piqua Community Gardens, located at Pitsenberger Park and Sports Complex. The result is a bountiful harvest that they and the Farm-to-Table committee wish to make available to the public since the dinner is not an option, this year.
On Saturday, August 15, bags of assorted vegetables and greens will be available for purchase.
Bags are sold on a pre-order basis.
Among items included in the bags are peppers, corn, tomatoes, herbs, and others.
Fore information on how to place your order, visit the Piqua Farm-to-Table Community Dinner Facebook page.
