Dinner offered

PIQUA — The Piqua American Legion Post 184, 301 W. Water St., will offer a chicken and noodle dinner with mashed potatoes and green beans to the public for $7 beginning at 5 p.m.

Participants must social distance and wear masks as part of the state mandate.

Board meetings set

• TROY — The Miami County Park District will hold their next board of commissioners meeting at 9 a.m. Tuesday, July 28.

A work session will begin at 8 a.m. at Lost Creek Reserve, 2645 E. State Route 41, east of Troy.

Book discussion planned

WEST MILTON — Join Kim from the Milton-Union Public Library at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 18 for a Pop-Up Book Discussion.

Join staff on the front lawn of the library. Bring your own drink and lawn chair and join participants for a lively discussion over “The Fifteen Wonders of Daniel Green,” by Erica Boyce. Participants will be practicing social distancing, so they will sit at least 6 feet apart. Masks are not required, but are recommended. The event is weather dependent. Books will be provided by the statewide delivery system through the library, or electronically through The Ohio Digital Library and Hoopla.

Disney trivia offered

TROY — Join Troy-Miami County Public Library for a game of online trivia at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 6.
