July 11

CRIMINAL DAMAGE: There was a report of a vehicle damaged by a rock sometime overnight on the 500 block of South Roosevelt Avenue. No suspects at this time.

FIREWORKS COMPLAINT: There was a fireworks complaint at 6 p.m. on the 400 block of Lambert Drive. Nothing was located.

HIT SKIP: Caller advised a guest’s vehicle was struck by an unknown vehicle at 7:55 p.m. on the 100 block of Janet Drive.

DISORDERLY: Red Roof and Suites advised an individual was causing a disturbance and would not leave the hotel at 9 p.m.

DISORDERLY: An 0fficer responded to the report of an intoxicated female walking up the hill on Park Avenue at 9:55 p.m. The female was located and given a ride home.

July 12

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: There was a report of a disturbance between a male and female at a residence in the area of Weber and Young streets at approximately 9:15 p.m. Bonnie J. Cody, 68, of Piqua, was charged with second-degree misdemeanor obstructing official business and minor misdemeanor disorderly conduct in connection with this incident.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE: Complainant wanted to report that someone shot her window twice with a BB gun on the 400 block of Cleveland Street. Complainant was advised a report would be made.

ACCIDENT: There was a report of a traffic crash with no injuries on the 1100 block of Covington Avenue at 2 p.m. A driver was cited.

THEFT: Parker’s Sport Shop on Ash Street reported a golf cart stolen from outside the business. The theft occurred sometime between 1:30-5:30 p.m. on July 12.

FIREWORKS: There was a fireworks complaint at 7:30 p.m. in the area of West High and Walker streets. Nothing was located.

ASSAULT: A caller advised a male known to him kicked in his door and physically attacked him at 11:45 p.m. on the 800 block of Fisk Street. Investigation is pending.

July 13

THEFT: There was a report of a theft of catalytic converter from underneath a vehicle. It occurred sometime between July 10-13. It was reported at the Miami Valley Centre Mall.

ACCIDENT: There was a report of an accident with no injuries at 10:20 a.m. in the area of South Main and Garnsey streets.

MENACING: Complainant and her mother advised a subject keeps making rude comments to them and threatened them at 3 p.m. at the Piqua Senior Apartments on North College Street. They wanted only a report made.

THEFT: Items were reported stolen from a porch on the 400 block of East Greene Street at 3:30 p.m.

TRESPASSING: Complainant requested a female to be trespassed from her residence at 4 p.m. on the 200 block of Renche Street. Officer was unable to locate the female to warn her.

TRESPASSING: A caller wanted a subject trespassed from her property at approximately 4:50 p.m. on the 500 block of Miami Street. He was advised he was being warned for trespassing.

HIT SKIP: A subject hit a retaining wall at an intersection with a trailer and left the scene at 5:20 p.m. in the area of McKinley and Covington avenues. Witness followed the vehicle until Troy officers stopped the vehicle. The at-fault driver was cited.

SEX OFFENSE: Police responded to a call referencing a juvenile female being sexually assaulted by an adult male. Case is pending.
